Flour, water, salt, and patience.
We started with one sourdough starter and a borrowed oven. Fifteen years later, we still shape every loaf by hand, use Alberta-milled flour and let our dough rest for two full days. The result is bread that tastes like it should.
Pull up a chair, order a latte, and stay a while. Kids, dogs on the patio and long conversations are all welcome.
